Startup Thinking “Community Sharing” e Workshop di Approfondimento “Innovation Maturity Model”

ENG | The morning will be dedicated to the Community Sharing activity, aimed at presenting in detail the contents and the program of activities of the edition, and enabling a first moment of presentation and networking for the community of Partner companies.
In the afternoon, the first in-depth workshop of the edition will take place, exploring the topic of the Innovation Maturity Model. This is a model that was created as a tool to support companies in measuring their level of maturity in managing innovation. This model constitutes the methodological basis with which the Observatory guides companies along the path of internal transformation. In fact, the workshop will be a first moment of individual and community mapping with respect to their level of maturity, an activity that will be repeated at the end of the edition to assess the progress made.

ITA | La mattinata sarà dedicata all’attività di Community Sharing, con l’obiettivo di presentare in dettaglio i contenuti e il programma di attività dell’edizione e abilitare un primo momento di presentazione e conoscenza della community di aziende Partner.
Nel pomeriggio si svolgerà il primo workshop di approfondimento dell’edizione, che approfondirà il tema dell’Innovation Maturity Model. Si tratta di un modello che nasce come strumento a supporto delle imprese per misurare il proprio grado di maturità nella gestione dell’innovazione. Tale modello costituisce la base metodologica con cui l’Osservatorio guida le imprese nel percorso di trasformazione interna. Il workshop si configurerà infatti come un primo momento di mappatura individuale e della community rispetto al proprio livello di maturità, attività che sarà ripetuta al termine dell’edizione per valutare i progressi compiuti
