The report presents data results identified by the HR Innovation Practices Observatory regarding the main challenges for HR Departments in the Italian scenario in terms of labor market changes (skill gap and Great Resignation), and workers’ decreased engagement and wellbeing. Faced with this situation of great uncertainty and change, the HR Department is called upon to develop a new, more sustainable approach to work, enabled by data and technological leverage.
