The vertical bar chart shows the value timeline of mobile purchases (on Italian and foreign web sites) by Italian web shoppers and the Mobile Commerce penetration rate over B2c eCommerce demand in Italy.
Note: "Mobile Commerce" purchases means the value of online purchases via Smartphone, both through Applications and mSite. Including VAT and net of returns. Not included in the scope of analysis are online payments, home banking and financial operations, digital contents, and gambling.
