Smart Working in Italy is increasingly widespread: as of today 58% of large companies, 24% of SMBs, and 9% of PS authorities work in this way. Furthermore, one year after the approval of the law on Agile Work it is possible to evaluate the first impact of the new rules and procedures: for 60% of PS Authorities it has been stimulating, whereas the impact has been negative for 45% of large enterprises. The number of Smart Workers grows, reaching 480,000, and Smart Workers feel more motivated and satisfied than other workers.
