    €190.00
    +vat
The relevance that Mobile technology is gaining in the relationship between company and consumer is apparent from these elements: high number of Mobile Surfers and the specificities of their online behavior; the pervasive impact of Mobile technology in all sectors and all stages of the purchasing process; the channel’s continuous technological evolutions (such as augmented reality, biometrics, voice recognition, ultra-broadband connectivity, etc.), enabling services and customer experiences that would not be possible through other points of contact. These points clearly show companies the urgency of questioning themselves on which opportunities should be leveraged, and of developing an appropriate channel strategy.
