Online export to European Countries looks into how the Digital Revolution changed consumers’ purchasing habits and processes and how companies must include an increasingly important share of digital communication within their marketing strategies. In a highly competitive international climate, where consumers are increasingly used to and willing to adopt digital technologies, eCommerce can be an important channel to sustain and increase the global reach of companies. Implementing online internationalization processes is, however, complex.
A degree in International Management at the Università Bocconi, she is a graduate student at the Department of Management and Production Engineering of the Politecnico di Milano and has been Visiting Researcher at the Tsinghua University of Beijing. She is also a researcher of the Export Observatory since its inception in 2015.
Claudio Perrella, Partner of the Law Firm LexJus Sinacta, is an attorney with consolidated experience in the international commerce sector. For over twenty years he has been working in the area of International commercial agreements and litigation. In particular, he provides legal consulting to Italian companies operating abroad also as regards sales agency, distribution, trading, transport and logistics. Additionally, he provides consulting services to many trade and sector associations.
