He is co-founder and member of the Scientific Board of the Digital Innovation Observatories at Politecnico di Milano and responsible for different Observatories including Cloud and ICT as a Service, Smart Working, HR Innovation Practice, Digital Agenda, ICT in Healthcare and Digital Business-Innovation Academy. He is senior advisor in organization, change management and Digital Innovation and has coordinated important consultancy project for companies, Local Governments and Public Administrations.
He promoted and co-ordinated national and international research projects and is author of many publications of which more than 130 at the international level.
