The webinar aims to develop and enhance Smart Working knowledge and competences through a combination of operating and strategic in-depth analyses in addition to suggestions and best practices to manage these new work models at best.
Degree and PhD in Management and Production Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano. Since 2008, for the Digital Innovation Observatories he has been in charge of Public Sector Digitalization Research (with particular focus on the Healthcare sector) and the impact of digital technologies on company processes and the organization. He is Director of the Digital Agenda Observatory and the Design Thinking for Business Observatory. Senior Researcher for the Digital Innovation in Healthcare Observatory and the Smart Working Observatory. In his professional experience, in addition to research activities, he has also conducted numerous consulting, tutoring and coaching initiatives for central, regional and local agencies as well as for businesses in both the demand and offer areas of digital innovation.
