Enterprise digital transformation is still too slow. B2b ecommerce is worth 260 bil., only 10% of overall exchanges. B2b eCommerce does generate competitiveness, but only one tenth of business exchanges (totalling €2700 billion per year) today is through online portals, marketplaces or eBusinesses. The Electronic Invoicing obligation towards the PS is an opportunity leveraged only partially: 80 million B2b invoices in 2015 are electronic, barely 6% of total. EDI based exchanges (110 million) quadrupled in six years; use of Extranets and B2b Portals is increasing. Growth notwithstanding, the level of digitalization is still meagre.
