Professionals are promoting innovation in companies but still lag behind in terms of using new technologies. There is very little use of new technologies in professional practices, despite the problems of storing paper documents and the high level of manual processes involved. The budget available on ICT over the new two years is small. On average it is 2,000 Euros for lawyers, 6,000 Euros for accountants, 8,000 Euros for business consultants and 12,000 Euros for multi-disciplinary firms. There is the need for greater digital literacy, for professionals to understand that technology can create value, open new business ideas and transmit innovation to the business world. This because, when we talk of professionals, we are talking about business.
